Bird Walk, Saturday, September 25, 2010; 9:00 a.m.
Led by Marcia Weidner, a long time member of the Potomac Audubon
Conservancy, Marcia will help those new to birding as well as those
more experienced birders. Learn the songs/calls and colors of
some of the 115 or more species of birds here on the property. .
Bring a bag lunch as you most likely will be eating out on the
trail. Make sure to bring plenty of water. Binoculars and
bird guides will also be helpful if you have them.
For all our programs, we suggest a $10 donation to help us with the
upkeep of our buildings and preservation of the 1400 acres on which we
are located.
Please help us continue to bring you these programs for your
enjoyment. Our budget is $2000 per month and we need every penny
of that to keep doing the repairs, general upkeep, and improvements for
your benefit. We ask that you leave a suggested donation of $10
for this program and anything added to that amount will be deeply
appreciated.
